The road to success

Fisherija the delicatessen shop opens the doors of its first store in Zagreb in 2018 at Jarunska market with its mission to bring fish and fish specialties closer to the local audience, especially children. The mission to bring fish closer to Croats, who are among the worst when it comes to the amount of fish and fish products consumed per capita, was a big challenge for Fisherija , but already after 3 years of business, it was noticed that awareness among citizens about the importance of fish consumption is getting better. Until today Fisherija opened 13 stores.

Sushi2Go

Following global trends and market needs, in 2020 Fisherija introduced its retail version of fresh sushi "to go". The top quality and fresh ingredients, highest standards of quality and hygiene, and skilled hands of Fisherija sushi masters educated by Vid Nikolić, are just some of the factors that guaranteed our success. Today, about 500 freshly prepared sushi boxes of various types are sold daily in six Fisherija branches every day. With sushi, Fisherija seasonally offers "poke" and fresh salads ideal for lunch.
