What is it FishKlub?
FishKlub is a loyalty program Fisherije that rewards your activity through XP points, membership levels, and badges.
With every purchase and participation in the program, you collect XP points, unlock new benefits, and gain access to special rewards reserved for members FishKluba.
How to become FishKluba member?
You become FishKluba member by downloading the app and registering. After registration, you automatically enter the loyalty program and start collecting XP points and points for benefits.
When do I start collecting points if I signed up using the app?
You start collecting points after you confirm your email address and thereby activate your account. After activation, every purchase associated with your account is automatically recorded.
What is the difference between XP points and benefits points?
FishKlub it uses two different reward systems:
XP points are used to advance through membership levels and earn badges. By collecting XP points, you move from Bronze to Silver, then to Gold level, and unlock additional benefits and exclusive perks. XP points cannot be exchanged for products or coupons.
Point rewards are used to unlock coupons and special offers that the coupons bring. For every euro spent, you earn 0.5 points. When you collect a sufficient number of points, you unlock new benefits such as:
- discount on selected products
- free products or accessories
- exclusive coupons available only FishKlubto members
Benefit points can be used to activate coupons within the app.
What are XP points?
XP (Experience Points) represent your progress within FishKluba. By collecting XP points, you progress through membership levels and unlock new benefits.
XP points cannot be exchanged for products or used as a means of payment. Their purpose is to track your progress and activity within the program.
